Supplier Trust API

Composite trust score for a Pocket Network (Shannon) supplier: on-chain stake status (staked vs. unstaking) plus a live reachability probe of the supplier's own advertised service RPC endpoints, rolled into a single 0-100 trust score. Useful to Application and gateway operators deciding which suppliers to route relays to -- is this operator actually staked, in good standing, and serving traffic on the endpoints it advertises.
