Estimated Base execution-gas cost of a settlement transaction (e.g. an ERC-3009 transferWithAuthorization), computed from our own current base-fee and ETH/USD observations. Execution gas only -- excludes priority fee and the Base L1 data fee, so treat this as a lower-bound estimate. Useful for micropayment break-even decisions. Descriptive statistics only; not investment advice.
