Use when an agent needs to search and read in one call. Input: q, optional max (1-10, default 5), time_range (day, week, month, year). Output: JSON results (title, URL, date) and, for the top 3, the page converted to Markdown (up to 4,000 characters each; a page that fails is marked, the rest still ship).
