Deploy the deposit wallet, then add its missing trading approvals, one step per call. Requires the signer's `credentialToken` (401 once revoked). Undeployed: `plan.plan.details.step` is "deploy"; the wallet signs and POSTs the action to /predict/polymarket/wallet/batch/submit, then calls again (202 while pending). Deployed: a Batch of the missing approvals for the same route. 422 "Nothing to onboard" is not charged; GET /predict/polymarket/wallet/{signer} checks for free.
