Prepare a pUSD withdrawal batch to the bridge routing address. `recipientAddr` defaults to the signer and is echoed in `plan.plan.details.recipient`; check it before signing. 422 when the asset is not on the bridge's list or the amount is under its minimum (2 pUSD for USDC on Base), since the bridge never delivers smaller transfers. On submit, `final` means the pUSD reached the bridge; delivery to the destination chain takes minutes.
