Prepare a batch moving native USDC held by the deposit wallet to the bridge (credited as pUSD). Only for USDC already in the deposit wallet: the normal path is sending USDC to the bridge deposit addresses from GET /predict/polymarket/wallet/{signer}, which needs no batch. The chainhilt wallet signs `response.actions[0]`, a Batch, and POSTs it to /predict/polymarket/wallet/batch/submit. Errors: 400 invalid input, 422 balance or bridge minimum (not charged), 429 daily relayer cap.
