Prepare a batch redeeming resolved positions to pUSD; `conditionId` narrows it to one condition. `plan.plan.details.conditions` lists what this batch redeems. Protocol V2 positions go in a batch of their own: when CTF positions are redeemable too, this batch carries those and `plan.plan.details.pendingConditions` lists the V2 conditions for the next prepare. V2 outcomes that pay nothing are skipped. 422 when nothing is redeemable.
