Cursor-paginated up to 1000/page, filterable by state, minimum grants, CPC subclass, first-time-assignee only, or since. Rows carry the assignee, grant count, CPC tech areas, grant window, inventor count, and a first_time_assignee flag. CC BY 4.0 attribution (in _meta.notice).
