Validate Eudr Plot Geolocation API
Validate EUDR plot geolocation: coordinate bounds, ring closure, self-intersection, approximate area, and the rule that plots above 4 hectares require a polygon rather than a point. Catches the [lat, lon] versus [lon, lat] error that silently relocates a plot to the wrong continent.
