Comex Daily Delivery Notices API

COMEX daily delivery notices: issues and stops with the house-vs-customer split, per CME product and contract month. Read from CME's daily Issues and Stops report and reconciled against its own printed totals. Contract counts are per product, so never sum across product_code -- a micro contract is a tenth or a fifth of the standard one. ounces_issued/ounces_stopped are NULL for copper and aluminium, which are not priced in ounces.
