Japanese billing-invoice issuer check / 請求書発行者照合: verify a T-number, compare issuer name and address with Japan's NTA qualified-invoice and corporate registries, and return OCR, registry, and resolved issuer fields. Phone numbers are not compared because they are not published in the NTA corporate registry. / T番号を検証し、発行者名・住所を国税庁の適格請求書および法人番号データと比較して、OCR値・登記値・採用値を返します。国税庁の法人番号データには電話番号がないため、電話番号は比較しません。
