Screen a blockchain address against the official OFAC SDN list and public C3 reports. Returns a suggested action (BLOCK on an OFAC SDN match, REVIEW when reports exist, ALLOW_NO_REPORTS when nothing is found), risk intelligence, matching reports, related domains, and co-occurring addresses. Sanctions data comes only from the official OFAC SDN list, refreshed daily, and is not legal advice. ALLOW_NO_REPORTS and CLEAN mean nothing was found, not that an address is safe.
