Ozmium Agent API
Uniswap V3 mint calldata for the OZ/WETH 1% pool at FULL RANGE, bundled multicall([mint, refundETH]) with the ETH side as msg.value so the manager wraps it and refunds any excess. POST /v1/tx/lp/uni/add { owner, ozAmount, ethAmount, slippagePct? }. UNITS: HUMAN DECIMAL STRINGS (e.g. "0.0004" ETH), NOT atomic - same exception as the Aerodrome route. Full range never goes out of range, which is the only safe default for an agent that cannot rebalance.
